For sales managers
Know the day without asking
The team strip shows who is on a visit, checked in or not in yet. Approvals wait in one list. The pipeline, scorecards and the daily report answer the rest.

The team strip
Everyone you supervise on one card, on a visit first, with an overdue badge. A tap opens that person's journey and day.
Journeys, with consent
Replay a rep's working day on a map: the route, numbered stops and what happened at each. Only for people who agreed to share.
Approvals in one place
Out-of-radius check-ins, after-hours attendance and win claims, with the proof. Approve, or refuse with a reason. Never your own.
The pipeline by stage
A board by stage with won and lost lists. Each deal carries its history and timeline, so a quiet deal is easy to spot.
Scorecards and targets
Each person's KPIs against target, with weight and score. Set the month's targets for your team.
Analytics and a daily report
Totals against the previous period, the lead funnel and a leaderboard. And a daily report at the hour your company sets.
A manager's morning
From the team strip to a decision
Start where your people are, look at what happened, and decide what is waiting for you.
Look at the team
Today puts your meetings, the approvals waiting on you and what needs you on one board. The Dashboard adds the team now: who is checked in, who is on a visit, who is not in yet.

Replay a day
Open a rep's journey: the whole route faint, the played part solid, stops as numbered pins. Each stop opens a card with the check-in or meeting.

Move the pipeline
The board shows every deal by stage. Approve a claimed win, or open the deal and read its timeline before you do.

Read the numbers
Analytics compares the period with the one before: the funnel, pipeline by stage, lead sources and sectors. Every chart has a table view.

Journey replay
A rep's day, stop by stop
Play the day on the map. At each stop a card shows the arrival, the check-in and the meeting's outcome.
The specifics
What a manager sees, and how
- 01Your reach, not everyone's
- You see the people in your reporting line, team or region, as your role allows. A record outside your reach does not open.
- 02Replay at your speed
- 1×, 4×, 16× or 60×, with a scrubber, stop ticks and a list of stops that follows the player. Totals show distance, moving and standing still.
- 03Ask where they are
- Send a location request. The rep sees one Share my location button on every screen; the request expires if unanswered.
- 04Separation of duties
- Nobody approves their own win or their own out-of-radius check-in, and requests go only to people who can decide them.
- 05Targets with rules
- Set targets for the people you manage, never your own unless the target is organisation-wide. Hand-entered figures are never your own.
- 06Attendance report
- Days or the raw log for up to 92 days, downloaded as CSV or Excel.

Replay is consented
Working-hours location is off until an administrator switches it on, and nobody is tracked until they agree themselves. Points are kept only inside working hours, and a person can withdraw at any time.
Questions
Can I see where everyone is right now?
No live map of everyone. You see each person's last-seen position in attendance, and you can replay the journey of someone in your reach who agreed to share it.
Can I approve my own exception?
No. Win claims, out-of-radius check-ins and attendance exceptions go to someone else who holds the right to decide them.
When does the daily report arrive?
At the time your company sets, with the day's highlights, exceptions and everyone's line, as a notification and, if switched on, an email. Supervisors can regenerate it.
