Meetings
Every meeting, fully recorded
Plan it or start it on the spot. Zaps keeps the place, the people, the photo, the minutes and the outcome together, and turns the next step into a follow-up.

Planned or on the spot
Plan a meeting ahead, or start one now from Today, the agenda or a company. Rows and details are badged by origin.
On-site, video or phone
On-site meetings carry a pin and a radius: exact 50, 100 or 150 m, or approximate 500, 1,000 or 2,000 m.
Who was there
Colleagues who use Zaps, plus guests from outside: the customer's staff or partners, with name, title and organisation.
Voice notes to minutes
Record up to 15 minutes in the browser or upload a recording. You get a transcript and an AI summary of what was said.
Meeting prep
Before an upcoming meeting, ask for a brief built from what you may see, in your account's language.
Outcome and follow-ups
The outcome records what happened. The meeting lists the follow-ups it produced, done or not.
Before, during, after
One record for the whole meeting
The meeting is where the plan, the evidence and the next step meet. Nothing has to be copied from somewhere else.
Plan it, or start it now
Choose a company or an internal meeting, the kind, the pin and the people. Starting on the spot plans it, pins an on-site meeting where the phone is and checks in, in one step.

Prepare
Upcoming meetings offer Prep meeting on Today and on the meeting. Ask about this meeting opens Ask Zaps with the brief already in hand.

Record it on site
Check in, take the building photo, add who was there, and record a voice note. The app walks through it as a checklist.

Minutes, outcome, next step
The summary pulls out requirements, objections, competitors and key people, with sentiment, probability and value. Draft minutes in English or Arabic, set the outcome, and the next step becomes a follow-up.

The specifics
What a meeting holds
- 01Guests from outside Zaps
- Up to 30 guests per meeting, with name, job title, organisation, phone and email. Guests can still be added or removed after the meeting has started.
- 02What the AI summary covers
- Requirements, objections, competitors, key people, sentiment, probability and value. Each note shows its progress: queued, transcribing, summarising, done or failed, with Try again.
- 03Versioned notes
- Edit the notes, see the history, restore an earlier version. Draft minutes fill the editor; nothing is saved until you save it.
- 04Call transcripts
- With a connected calendar and transcripts allowed, Teams and Google Meet transcripts arrive after the call, join the notes and are summarised like a voice note.
- 05From your calendar
- Upcoming events can come in as meetings badged From your calendar. Time, title and attendees follow the calendar; the company, outcome, notes and check-in you add stay.
- 06Discussion and attachments
- Comments, replies and @mentions on the meeting, plus attachments and the evidence of the visit.

The AI proposes, you decide
Summaries, draft minutes and meeting prep need an AI service set up by the organisation. Draft minutes are not saved until the rep saves them. Calendar import never writes back to the calendar.
Questions
Can people who are not in Zaps be recorded as attendees?
Yes. Add them as guests with their name and, if you like, job title, organisation, phone and email. Colleagues who use Zaps are added as participants.
What happens to a Teams or Google Meet call?
If the person connected their calendar with transcripts, the transcript is fetched after the call, attached to the meeting's notes and summarised. If it cannot be fetched, the meeting keeps the voice-note path.
Can the minutes be written in Arabic?
Yes. Draft minutes can be produced in English or Arabic. They fill the editor, and you edit and save them yourself.
