Mobile app · Android and iOS
The field, in one hand
A native app for reps and their managers. Everything the web portal does is here, on the phone, in English and Arabic, without ever sending you to a web page.

Today first
A greeting, hours worked, today's meetings, what needs you, follow-ups, targets, the pipeline and, for managers, the team.
Call or WhatsApp from the list
Every client row has call and WhatsApp. Swipe for call, WhatsApp or plan, or long-press for the full menu.
One visit flow
Start or check in to a meeting and attendance is recorded in the same step, with the building photo when the visit needs it.
Attendance and journeys
Check in by activity type or at a nearby office, and replay anyone's working day in your reach on a map.
Email and prospecting
Your inbox with AI summaries, and Find companies with daily and monthly limits, import and assignment.
Deals and quotations
The deals board, quotations with the line editor and approvals, orders, invoices with their ZATCA status and QR, and PDFs.
A day on the phone
Built for a gate, not a desk
The primary action is one tap. Everything else is in the ⋯ sheet, never more than two taps away.
Open Today
See the day at a glance: meetings, what needs you, approvals waiting and emails needing a reply. The + in the tab bar starts every common task.

Reach the client
Clients shows connection strength and puts call and WhatsApp on every row. Adding a company you met takes one row in the picker.

Run the visit
Check in at the pin, take the building photo, record minutes by voice or text, note who was there, set the outcome and check out.

Replay the day
Managers replay a rep's route with numbered stops: offices in blue, visits in pink, and a card at each stop.

The visit, as the app runs it
Check in, photo, minutes, who was there, outcome, check out
The same steps every time, in the order a rep meets them at the client.
The specifics
How it is made
- 01Native, on Expo and React Native
- One app for Android and iOS. No screen opens the web; every read and write goes to the Zaps API, which enforces every rule.
- 02Arabic, right to left
- English and Arabic are equals, with full right-to-left layout. Dates follow your organisation's time zone, not the phone's.
- 03Light, dark, and calm
- Light and dark themes. With the system's reduce motion on, every animation becomes instant and decorative loops stop.
- 04Feedback you can feel
- Haptics on taps, tabs and swipes. Check-ins, a started meeting and a won deal get a short success moment.
- 05One-handed by design
- Touch targets of at least 44 pt, the main action in the bottom third, and no sideways-scrolling option rows.
- 06Signed in safely
- The access token lives only in memory. The refresh token sits in the phone's secure store, Keychain or Keystore, one per workspace.

Online, and honest about it
The app reads and writes through the Zaps API. With no signal it says you are offline rather than showing an empty screen. Location points for consented working-hours tracking wait on the phone and are sent when the signal returns, for up to 48 hours.
Questions
Where can I download it?
See the Download page for the current status on Android and iOS.
Does it do everything the web portal does?
That is the design: the app covers what the official web app does, natively, from visits and attendance to quotations and analytics.
Does it track my location all day?
No. A check-in sends your position once. Continuous location is a separate feature that needs your consent and only runs inside working hours.
