What is the launch price?
A lower price on Field and Growth for companies that subscribe before 31 March 2027. It is locked for your first 12 months from your first paid period. After that, renewals use the list price shown struck through.
How do the user bands work?
They are graduated. Users 1–5 are priced at the first band, users 6–20 at the second and users 21 and up at the third. So 12 users on Growth at launch prices are 5 × 69 plus 7 × 64, and adding a user never lowers the total.
Are prices with or without VAT?
Without. Invoices add VAT at 15%, the Saudi standard rate.
What is a user?
Anyone who signs in to Zaps: reps, managers, finance and administrators. People who only receive a shared link or a report by email are not users.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly is 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free. Moving from monthly to yearly credits the unused part of the month.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card: sign up, name your workspace and invite your team. Prefer a walkthrough first? Book a demo.
What are add-ons?
Modules you switch on per user on top of Field or Growth, from 2 SAR per user per month at launch: HR & attendance, route planner, operations, and quotes, invoices & commissions. Scale includes them all.
Need more prospecting?
Add a prospecting seat for your whole team on Growth: 2,500 prospecting credits a month for the company, at one flat price per company rather than per user, with a 12-month minimum term. For a one-off top-up, extra packs of 500 credits are available.
How is Scale priced?
By quote. Scale is for companies that customise Zaps, connect their ERP or need custom integrations, so we scope the work with you first. Talk to sales or request a quote.
What are prospecting credits?
The AI lead finder uses them to find people and their contact details. Growth includes 50 per user each month and Scale 100, pooled across your team. Extra packs of 500 can be bought when you need more.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. An administrator changes plan or add-ons in the admin console. Upgrades and new add-ons start at once and are charged pro rata; removing one takes effect at the end of the period.
