Features
Everything your field team needs, in one product
From the check-in at the client's gate to the cleared invoice and the commission statement. Here is what Zaps does today, area by area.
01Field sales
Visits that prove themselves
Reps check in where the meeting happens. Managers see the day as it was, without asking.
- Check in and out at the client against a pinned location, with the distance and a building photo
- Office and field attendance, with check-out reminders, forgotten check-outs closed and sent for review
- Consented journeys in working hours only, replayed on a map with every stop, plus day and week views
- Route planner: pick the day's stops, Zaps orders them around fixed meetings with ETAs, then compares plan with actual
- Offline mobile: check-ins, visits, notes and touchpoints are queued without signal and sent once, with the device time kept

02CRM
One record, from prospect to account
A company moves from prospect to potential to active account, and keeps its whole history on the way.
- Lifecycle from prospect to potential to account, moved by the first deal and the first win, or by hand
- Companies and contacts with one timeline; an Accounts list with owner, health and renewals
- Handover from seller to account manager, chosen by rules, with a checklist both sides confirm
- Prospect lists, fixed or saved filters, with a board from new to converted, My queue, and reject with a reason
- Imports of up to 10,000 rows from CSV or Excel, with Arabic-aware duplicate checks, a preview and round-robin assignment

03Pipeline & deals
A pipeline that keeps moving
Deals move with the visits and the emails. The ones that stopped moving are flagged before they go cold.
- A deals board by stage, with wins approved by someone other than the owner
- Forecast for the quarter: pipeline, weighted, commit, best case and won so far against target
- Stale-deal alerts when a deal has had no touch for 14 days
- Overdue and no-close-date deals called out in the forecast

04Touchpoints
Every call, message and email on the record
Reps keep working the way they do. Zaps writes it down.
- Tap Call or WhatsApp in Zaps and the touchpoint is logged; after WhatsApp, Zaps asks what it was about
- Your own WhatsApp: Zaps opens the chat and never reads your messages
- Each person's mailbox in Zaps, with AI summaries, replies drafted in your tone, and new emails written with AI or templates
- A calendar grid with Google and Microsoft sync, and Teams or Meet links made for virtual meetings
- A note-taker that joins Teams or Meet calls by name and writes the minutes; voice notes for meetings in person

05Commerce
From quotation to cleared invoice
Reps quote from the price book with VAT worked out. Finance invoices on time, in Zaps or in Odoo.
- Price book and quotations with 15% VAT, approvals, and PDFs in English, Arabic or both, in four templates with your logo
- Orders, invoices, payments and credit notes
- ZATCA e-invoicing, tested against ZATCA's sandbox
- Billing schedules: upfront, 25% now and the rest on delivery, quarterly, monthly or milestones, each instalment invoiced when due
- Odoo 16, 17 and 18 kept in step, or Odoo document mode, where Odoo makes the quotations and invoices

06Performance
Scores your incentive policy can use
Targets, scores and commissions from the same numbers, by person, team and region.
- KPIs per person with weights and five thresholds, scored linear or stepped, in colour bands
- Commission plans, flat or tiered, with KPI gates, caps and clawbacks; statements reviewed, approved, paid and exported
- Regions in every analysis, and a side-by-side region comparison
- A management dashboard: executive figures, funnel, revenue against effort, forecast, attendance, KPIs and commissions
- A report builder with up to 12 metrics, PDFs in English or Arabic, and schedules sent to each person within their own reach

07AI
AI that asks before it changes anything
Ask Zaps reads what you are allowed to see. Anything it would change waits for your yes.
- Ask Zaps in English or Arabic, typed or by voice
- Every change is a card you confirm first: log a visit, add a follow-up, move a deal; ten at most, each audited
- Client profiles built from meetings, deals, touchpoints and invoices, every fact citing its source
- AI proposals that take lines only from your price book, saved as a draft quotation
- Health scores from 0 to 100 with the reasons, and renewal deals opened ahead of each contract's end
I'll make 2 changes. Nothing happens until you confirm.

08Automation
Automations you can test before they run
Build the rule once. Zaps follows it for every record, and shows you each step it took.
- A workflow builder: triggers such as deal stalled, stage changed, deal won, new company or invoice overdue
- Conditions, waits, and actions: create a follow-up, notify, send an email, update a field, assign by round robin, call a webhook
- Approval steps, so a large discount goes to the right manager first
- Five ready templates, a dry run that changes nothing, versions and a run log per record
Stale deal nudge.

- A help centre in English and Arabic, with your company's own articles next to ours
- Step-by-step guide tours inside the web portal, the mobile app and the admin console
