Analytics & performance
Numbers you can check
See the month against the one before, follow leads to Became a client, score each person against their targets, and read the day in one report. Every chart opens as a table.

Against the previous period
Totals for a month or any from–to range, each with its change on the period before, plus a day-by-day series.
A funnel that never widens
A cohort funnel follows the same leads stage by stage and ends at Became a client: a deal won or converted by hand.
Where the business comes from
Lead sources, sectors, pipeline by stage and activity kinds. Unrecorded values show as Not recorded, never hidden.
When meetings happen
Meetings by weekday and by weekday × hour, so you can see which slots your team actually uses.
KPI scorecards
Target, actual, attainment, weight and score for each KPI. A KPI with no figure says Not measured instead of zero.
Ask Zaps
Ask in plain words about your pipeline, follow-ups and meetings. The answer streams in your language, from the records you can see.
From the totals to the person
Start wide, then find who and why
The dashboard, the people table and the leaderboard read the same figures, so a number on one matches the others.
The month at a glance
Pick a month or a date range. Each total shows its change on the previous period with an arrow and a signed percentage, not colour alone.

Funnel and mix
The cohort funnel, lead sources, sectors and pipeline by stage sit together. Switch any chart to its table to read the exact values.

People and the leaderboard
A sortable people table, with attendance columns, and a leaderboard where you pick the metric: won value, meetings checked in, follow-ups done and more.

The same on the phone
Managers open analytics, the leaderboard and daily reports in the mobile app, and every rep sees their pipeline by stage.

The specifics
How the figures are kept honest
- 01Lower is better, where it should be
- Overdue follow-ups, days to win and check-ins outside the pin rank from lowest. People with no figure come last, unranked.
- 02Targets and weights
- Each designation has a weighted KPI set with default targets. A supervisor can override a person's weight or target, leave a KPI out or add one.
- 03Nobody sets their own
- Supervisors set the month's targets for their team, never their own unless organisation-wide. Hand-entered figures are never your own either.
- 04A daily report, once a day
- When switched on, the day's report is frozen at the hour your company sets: highlights, exceptions linked to their deals, meetings and follow-ups, everyone's line.
- 05Regenerate when needed
- Recent days are built live and stored versions are kept. A supervisor can regenerate a day, optionally notifying the people who receive it.
- 06Within your reach
- Analytics needs the reports permission, and Ask Zaps answers only from the deals, meetings, follow-ups and companies your role lets you see.

What the AI needs
The dashboards, scorecards and daily report are plain counts and need nothing extra. Ask Zaps needs an AI service set up by your administrator; without one it says so plainly.
Questions
What counts as Became a client?
A deal won, or a company converted to a client by hand. It is the same fact everywhere it appears, so the funnel and the totals agree.
Can a manager change a rep's targets?
Yes, with the targets permission, for the people they supervise. They cannot set their own targets, unless the target is organisation-wide.
Does Ask Zaps see everything?
No. It answers from the records your role can see, and from your own question history, which you can clear.
