AI email inbox
Your inbox, linked to the CRM
Each rep connects their own mailbox. Threads link to the companies, people and deals they belong to. The AI summarises, drafts and suggests; you decide what happens.

Gmail, Outlook or IMAP
Connect Gmail or Outlook with their consent page, or any other mailbox over IMAP with an app password. Presets cover Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, Fastmail and Exchange.
You choose what colleagues see
Subject line and participants, or participants only. Share one thread in full when you want to.
Triage and summary
New threads get a summary and a priority: needs reply, for information, or no action.
Drafts in your tone
A draft reply in the thread's language, Arabic or English. Edit it, rewrite it with instructions, and send only when you press Send.
Suggested next steps
A follow-up, a meeting, a contact, a deal stage or a quotation request. Accept, edit first or dismiss; nothing is created until you accept.
Relationship signals
Companies and contacts show the last email, last and next meeting, 90-day counts and a connection strength.
From email to next step
Read less, act sooner
The inbox sorts what needs a reply, and every reply or suggestion lands on the company's record.
See what needs a reply
All, Needs reply and Unread, with counts. Today says how many emails are waiting. Each thread shows the companies it is linked to.

Read the summary, then the thread
The AI block sits on the thread: the summary, the priority and a draft. Messages show oldest first, in sanitised form.

Accept the next step
Suggestion cards turn the email into a quotation request, a meeting, a contact or a deal stage, made with your own permissions.

Know who is warm
The companies list sorts by last interaction and filters by connection strength and by contact in the last 7, 30 or 90 days. People to add lists who appeared in mail but is not in the CRM yet.

Watch the flow
Email in, summary and draft, one tap to act
An email arrives, the AI summarises it and drafts a reply, and the rep turns it into a follow-up, a meeting or a quotation.
The specifics
Privacy, by construction
- 01The owner reads the mailbox
- Colleagues, managers included, see a thread only when it is linked to a company, person, deal or meeting they can see, and only as far as your sharing level goes. Nobody has a read-anyone's-mail permission, administrators included.
- 02AI output is yours alone
- Triage, drafts and suggestions are never shown to anyone else.
- 03Safe to open
- HTML is sanitised on the way in: no scripts, forms, frames or images, so no tracking pixel is ever loaded. Attachments are described, never downloaded.
- 04Credentials encrypted
- OAuth grants and IMAP app passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never returned and never written to the audit log.
- 05Typed IMAP hosts are checked
- Private, loopback, link-local and metadata addresses are refused, only mail ports are allowed, and STARTTLS is required on plain ports.
- 06People and companies found in mail
- New people and companies from mail and calendars are created for you, put on your review list (the default), or ignored. Personal mail services, colleagues, robots and mailing lists are never captured.

What it does not do
The inbox is a module an administrator switches on, and the AI needs a service set up by the organisation. Mail is checked every two minutes, not pushed. Replies are plain text, to the thread's latest inbound message. One mailbox per person. Disconnecting deletes your mail from Zaps.
Questions
Can my manager read my email?
No. Your manager sees a thread only when it is linked to a record they can see, and then only the participants and times, plus the subject if your sharing level allows. The body only when you share that thread.
Does Zaps send anything by itself?
No. Drafts and suggestions are proposals. Nothing is sent without Send, and no record is created until you accept a suggestion.
Which mailboxes can we connect?
Gmail and Outlook through their own consent pages, and any other mailbox over IMAP and SMTP with an app password. The company decides which providers are offered.
