Operations & admin
Set the rules once
Offices and their circles, working hours, check-in types, roles and modules are set in the admin console. The API enforces them on every request, and the audit log records each change.

Offices and circles
Pin each office on a map with a circle of 25 to 5,000 m. Retire one when it closes; offices are never deleted.
Working hours
Start, end, working days and a late grace period. The Saudi week of Sunday to Thursday is the default.
Your check-in types
Up to 40 activity types with English and Arabic names. Choose which need a photo, a note and a supervisor's approval.
Roles and reach
Each permission reaches a person's own records, their team, their region or the whole organisation. Nobody grants more than they hold.
Modules on or off
Switch off a module and its permissions are removed from everyone. Commerce and the email inbox start switched off.
An audit log
Every administrative and business change is recorded with who made it, a field-level diff and the session it came from.
Setting up a workspace
Places, days, and who may do what
The admin console holds the settings. The app and the portal follow them.
Offices and attendance
Add offices with a map pin and a radius. People check in by your activity types; office check-ins show the office, the distance and whether it was inside.

Check-in types and exceptions
Types such as working from home or after hours can require a proof photo and a note, and wait for a supervisor. Nobody decides their own.

Tracking, with consent
Switch on working-hours tracking and set the interval and retention. The journeys list shows each person's consent; nobody is tracked until they agree.

The specifics
How the controls work
- 01Effective permissions, shown before Save
- The roles matrix and per-person exceptions compute what a person can do the way the API does: role, then exception where a deny wins, then module switches.
- 02Invitations
- Invite people by email. An invitation link works once and expires after 72 hours. An administrator-set temporary password forces a change.
- 03Authenticator codes
- Everyone who uses the admin console sets up an authenticator app, with ten single-use recovery codes. The organisation can require it for all staff.
- 04Suspend at once
- Suspending an account ends every session immediately. The confirmation says how many, and an optional reason goes into the audit log.
- 05Time zone and home office
- Each person can have their own time zone and home office. The working-hours tracking window follows that person's own clock.
- 06Exports
- Download the people list or a date range of the audit log as Excel or CSV. Each export is itself recorded in the audit log.

Consent is not a setting
Working-hours tracking is off by default. When it is on, each person still decides for themselves, can withdraw at any time, and nothing outside working hours is stored. No administrator or manager can answer for them.
Questions
Can a manager give someone more access than they have?
No. Nobody grants a permission or scope they do not hold, roles are assigned only below your own rank, and the organisation always keeps at least one active administrator.
What happens when a module is switched off?
Its screens disappear and its permissions are removed from everyone, so the API refuses those actions too.
Are deleted offices lost from old check-ins?
Offices are retired, not deleted. Past check-ins keep their office, and a retired office can be brought back.
